Rodado scored the equaliser for Alfaro’s side against UCAM Murcia.
Ibiza took a point from their trip to UCAM Murcia. The Celestes grew into the game and had chances to score more goals but were unable to take all three points. Rodado, who was back in the starting line-up after missing a game through suspension, scored the equaliser before half-time.
The first half was very even with both teams enjoying periods of possession. UCAM drew first blood after just five minutes with a team move that was finished in the six-yard box by Kilian Grant. But Ibiza got back into the game in the 32nd minute through a flowing move of their own. Bonilla put an enticing ball into the box from the left wing and Rodado headed home for the equaliser.
The second half was more open than the first half had been and both teams pushed forward in search of a second goal, leaving spaces in defence. Perdomo and Rodado both came close to putting Ibiza ahead. The winger from the Canary Islands hit a shot from the edge of the box that went narrowly wide of the post, and Rodado failed to hit the target with a header from a Raí cross just two minutes later. With half an hour to play, the game was wide open. Lucas was forced into making two excellent saves in the latter stages of the game and both teams had chances to grab a late winner but the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
