The squad will return to training next Monday, 30 December.
Ibiza’s first squad today started its Christmas holiday. The players and technical staff will enjoy some well-deserved rest to recharge batteries after an intense pre-season and eighteen league fixtures. Next Monday, 30 December, the squad will return for its first session after the break. Until then, many of the squad’s members will make the most of their time off to travel to their countries and cities of origin to spend Christmas with their families.
After the festive break, Ibiza will prepare for its first home fixture of 2020 on 5 January at Can Misses. Visiting the island will be Unión Popular de Langreo, a team that has improved its form in recent fixtures. Ibiza will then look to add another win to its current eleven victories, having scored 29 goals and only conceding 13, stats that position the team nicely in the top half of the table to see out 2019.
