This section aims to provide media professionals with all necessary information for access to events organised by the Club as well as making contact details available to facilitate communication with the professionals at Unión Deportiva Ibiza.
PRESS CONFERENCES AND TRAINING SESSIONS
Media professionals who wish to be in attendance should gain accreditation at Can Misses, correctly identifying themselves as a member of the media outlet they belong to with relevant official documentation. The UD Ibiza Communications Department will inform the media with sufficient warning if a press conference will be held after training. Any other press conferences or Club events will be announced via the Club’s official channels.
A UD Ibiza player normally speaks once at a press conference after first team training during the week. Before each match the first team head coach speaks to the media at a pre-match press conference. The day and time of the pre-match press conference is communicated in advance to media professionals.
OFFICIAL MATCH ACCREDITATION
Accreditation applications should be sent to the UD Ibiza Communications Department with an official letterhead or email address for the media outlet or professional who is applying for accreditation.
- Applications for League Match accreditation should be sent 48 hours before kick-off.
Requests will not be attended to after this deadline. All applications should be considered as approved if no notification to the contrary is received.
The Communications Department will accredit written press, digital media outlets and photographers for all league matches.
Professionals who have been granted accreditation should collect said accreditation at the stadium ticket office. Access to the ground will be through that same gate. Gates normally open two hours before kick-off.

INTERVIEW OR REPORT REQUESTS
The media can request interviews with players or members of the coaching staff. To do so, send an email to the Communications Department (email@example.com) explaining the details of your request.
The Club’s directors, head coach and players will not give interviews without prior consent from the Club, for this reason they are within their rights to not appear at the interview or answer telephone calls without prior authorisation.
The media will not be attended on rest days.
All official statements, news and signings will be communicated through the official UD Ibiza website (www.ibizaud.com).
All midweek press conferences are uploaded to the official Club website, as well as reports, so that the media can freely use the material without charge (an email notification will be sent each time content is uploaded to the website).
