The Ibizans beat Marbella thanks to goals from Cirio, Serra and a brace from Rodado.
Can Misses enjoyed an Ibiza goal-fest against Marbella in what was an excellent performance from Andrés Palop's men. With just 10 minutes on the clock, Ibiza were already two ahead after goals from Cirio and Rodado.
For the first goal it was Candelas who set Cirio through with a lovely defence splitting pass down the left. Cirio cut in and fired past the 'keeper into the bottom right. The second goal also came from an intelligent through-ball, this time from Serra, to put Rodado through on goal. The young Mallorcan striker finished clinically to double Ibiza's lead.
Minutes later Iosu came close to making it three but his header crashed against the bar. The first half saw more chances for both teams but at the break, the score remained 2-0.
The second half started at a high tempo with Ibiza looking for the third goal. It came through Rodado after intricate build-up play from Candelas and Serra. A cheeky Rodado drag-back wrong-footed the opposition defence, and he finished excellently to bag his second of the match.
The final goal of the game arrived on the 72nd minute. Cirio sent Serra through and the team's leading goalscorer lobbed the 'keeper from 30 yards to kill the game off. Ibiza now set their sights on next Sunday's league fixture away at Talavera.
