IOSU RIVAS: "WE NEED TO GO INTO EVERY GAME LOOKING TO WIN."

"We've got a good chance on Sunday to turn things around", says the midfielder.

Ibiza midfielder Iosu Rivas spoke to the media to preview this weekend's match away against San Fernando and talk about the work being done at training.

"I think we're still getting to grips with what the coaching staff are asking of us, we've been working on it this week. We've been working on how we can hurt San Fernando, I think we've got a good chance on Sunday to turn things around".

KEEP GROWING AS A TEAM

"I think we need to stay true to what the Gaffer is asking of us, we've got to keep at it, we've been doing a lot of the right things. But that's not enough. The errors we've been making need to be reduced, and we need to improve on the good things. That's been our focus during the week, now we've got to do it on matchday".

"I already knew this division and I knew how tight it is, every team makes it really hard for you to get the win. We need to go into every game, home or away, looking to win. That's our mentality, to go to San Fernando and take the points."
