Get to know our next opponent: Las Rozas C.F.

At the start of the nineties Las Rozas Club de Fútbol got promoted to the Third Division. Since then, the team has established itself as a regular in the regional Madrid divisions, and now, the aim is to consolidate the team in the Second Division B. Ibiza's opponent in the upcoming round, newly promoted to the division, is a relatively young club. Founded in 1966 to promote and foster local sport (which at the time had five thousand inhabitants and now counts ninety-five thousand) it became a federated club six years later. After several attempts, the club was finally able to secure promotion to the Second Division B.

The Madrid-based team, with blue and white as its club colours, plays its home matches at the Navalcarbón stadium, a sports district located in the outskirts of western Madrid. Álvaro Sánchez is the club's leading goalscorer (scoring ten goals last season for Adarve). At its home ground, Las Rozas has collected nine points this season so far, winning two matches (in rounds 3 and 6) and drawing three (rounds 1, 3 and 10). After not having won in four matches, Las Rozas has slipped into the relegation zone. As its coach said during preseason, his main focus is to reach the goal of 45 league points, which usually are synonymous with maintaining the league, the club's objective.
